Ethel Cain is our executive director and a vibrant leader. She grew up in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, one of the poorest areas in the country. As a young girl, Ethel worked hard to help her family, and she started her own business at just 19 years of age. After seeing how many families in the community were struggling despite living on rich delta land, Ethel decided she wanted to be a catalyst for change. She promoted going back to the land, working the land, and making our own food.
Her business experience spans over 25 plus years, starting with her first business at the age of 19, a alteration and sewing shop. At the age of 20, she became a licensed Insurance Agent and at 21, she became a Certified Tax Professional. As an Entrepreneur she has met success and failure, but that never deterred her from her path. She began helping many people find their niche and has always taken notice of the conditions of the people and the environment around her. Ethel want to use her knowledge to benefit the masses. She believe the key to her success is in helping others accomplish their dreams. Life holds a purpose for each of us. We each have a destiny and that destiny has led me to this point in my life. Success is a lifelong journey and even when you find it, you must work to maintain it.
Today, Ethel Cain works hard to empower others, teaching them how to help themselves, their families, and their communities. Ethel is a member of NAPW (National Association of Professional Women) and has more than 30 years of business experience. She is wholly committed to our job creation movement.
